 It's hard to believe it's been 30 years since I opened. Originally in 1977, I opened my first office in Riverview. As I reflect over all these years, the first thing that comes to mind is the changes, not only in real estate values but in the way our industry has changed. A handshake could solidify a sale and the paperwork was nominal. I suppose you could say that about the world in general.
